I don't have time to look right now but I really need to know which SSD is best when it comes to storage space/reliability (leaning towards storage) for $140 or under. I am unfamiliar with all the different brands and their relative trustworthiness. I do not have an m.2 or mSATA port on my Mobo I'm pretty sure.

500GB 850 Evo. Little over 150, but pretty much worth it.

These three are very close together in performance, pick your poison. Note that they're all 480-500GB drives, which give out more space and also a bit better performance than their ~250GB equivalents.

The 750 is closer in performance to it than it is to the lower-end entry-level competitors. Or to go into better detail,

so the 750 evo is basically an 850 evo without some of the bells and whistles, making it one of the best values for gaming among the bunch you listed?

The best value of the three I linked is the SL308, but the 750 EVO follows closely.
