A 3gb 1060 can push 1080p AAA titles to ultra?

most if not all triple A games will only need 2.5 to 3Gb of VRam you only need more than 3 if you plan to go to 1440p and 4k

Try to grab the sapphire nitro+ rx 470. In multiple tests it went as good as a 480 and that is perfectly fine for 1080p.
I would use a bit more money on a i5 6500.

- You don't really need an aftermarket cooler if you don't have a k-skew processor (if you want one for acoustics, get the Hyper TX3/T4 or Cryorig M9i instead).

- 8 GB of RAM is enough for gaming purposes (or do those other programs that you mentioned before require more ram?)

- Added an SSD with saved money

May Our Framerates Be High And Our Temperatures Be Low.

PSUs: EVGA B2/G2/GQ/GS, Corsair RMx/i, Grey-Label CXM, Everything Seasonic/Delta/Super Flower, XFX except XT
