can i buy a 2.5 Notebook HDD and use it for a ITX case

I wanna buy the RZV02, but it only supports 2.5 Inches Drives, i dont know if 2.5 HDD works 

( i know this sounds dumb but i dont know lol)

Of course it will work. Most drive cages support 2.5-3.5" drives anyway, and from there you just plug it in like you would a 3.5" drive.

I have a nothing but 2.5 drives in my computer and its a full size tower.

When they say laptop hard or notebook hard drive they just mean a 2.5inch drive, they are exactly the same as 3.5inch drives except smaller, same plugs and everything.

Yes. a 2.5" drive will work. It does sound dumb because that is a dumb question.

Most laptop harddrives are interchangeable. It's more of a question of WHY not upgrade to SSD?

The point is, it's the same connectors. If it aint soldered on, it's pretty much interchangeable.
