Moving/deleting winows

I currently have windows, and all my programs/files on a 1tb HDD. I just bought an SSD and I would like to put windows on it. I also want to keep my HDD and keep all the files that are on it (Reinstalling programs would be ok). Is there some way that I can move only windows on to the ssd, or delete windows from the HDD without losing my files.

I'm just a random teenager from New Jersey. Why would you listen to me?

1) unplug HDD

2) plug in SSD

3) install windows http://www.howtogeek.com/224342/how-to-clean-install-windows-10/

4) plug in HDD and delete the windows files

Alternatively, if you have enough space, you can move all your documents to the SSD, fully format the HDD, then move your documents back to the clean drive.

Is there any way to fully delete all the files associated with windows

No, never 100%.

I would suggest moving all your files to USB drives/ googledrive /dropbox / your SSD / another hard drive, then full format the HDD and move everything back.
