Video Projection - Help Required

Hello guys, I have a request to you if you can spare a few minutes. This week I organize a conference for the local hospital and I will also be responsible for the technical details. For the most part the participants will expose Power Point presentation but between them I will also show some videos ( also a requirement ) . However, today I received an interesting request ( something that a medic saw at another conference ). The ideea is to have a wrapper around the presentation/video that i will show on the video projector ( I will use extended view since pp support for it it's great ) where we will have logos and some text ( I attached an image of how things should work, please excuse me for my poor paint skills .... ). I've tried for the past few hours to find a solution but looks like google finally managed to let me down ....

Do you guys have any ideea how can I do this ? There is any software that can do this or i need to merge multiple video sources in order to achieve this ?

Its possible, but I don't know out of my mind any named software for it. It same thing as you would do with streaming setup. Where you can add sources individually and mask them.
