Cable Extensions?

Hey guys, I'm just wondering, my psu is a evga 750 GQ, and my question is, can I use any cable extensions/cables on it?  Like, are the cables/extensions universal use?  If not, please suggest what cable should I buy ( preferably Black and White cable ). Thanks in advance!

Cable extensions will work. But custom cables like the ones from cablemod work better, long cable runs are generally not recommended

I went to cablemod and looked at some cables but it doesn't show where to buy.  No carts either

I live in New Jersey, and I am trying out the cable mods right now.
