Hey there!  I want to get red LED lights and two case fans (120 or 140, idc) into this build.  I don't care if I have to add LED strips but I really dont want to be spending more than $50 total for the fans/lights.  If there are good quiet fans that have the red LED already in them that is good as well. Thanks!

Edit: I know noctua fans are considered to be the best but I genuinely cannot stand the look of them haha so I would appreciate suggestions other than those.  Than fans are going to be front intakes as well

If you want to light up the system the LED strips would be the best option to provide even lighting, but as for red LED fans Corsair's ML series or Coolermaster Riing fans.

Any suggestion on affordable LED strips? Its a fairly small case so I'm assuming I wont need too many.  And if I go with the strips, any suggestion on fans to be used that don't have the LED but fit the black/red theme still?

Yes Thermaltake, haha :P

For LED strips Cable Mod or Bitfenix make some pretty good LED strips that are ready to go out of the box. As for fans it depends on the application but Fractal Design Venturi's are a great option.
