So for some reason my GPU is going randomly going 100 usages while the clock speed is quite low (658mhz-985mhz) at idle which makes mouse movement and everything look laggy and bog down. The problem is when go play games for instance my overclock kicks in and run really smoothly. When do video playback in fullscreen the problem seem be gone as well. It just browsing sites like reddit/fourms/email without any media work horribly. I have tried install older version of drivers which kinda fixes the problem at first but than the problem comes back. I have done full malware scan and check process strangely system idle process is using mostly my cpu usages but overall usages and per thread usages is low (5-16%) and ram usages is barely even 20%. Is there like some new malware that not be detected?

Did you use DDU to obliterate the older drivers? If not, use it and follow the instructions. Afterwards, install the latest drivers.

Yep :), the weird thing the problem comes and goes.

Reset any overclocks, uninstall the OC program and DDU again, installing the latest drivers afterwards. Might be the utility dying or something :P

At this point I'm blaming the Nvidia drivers for being bad... And at this pout I cannot think of a solution :c

I think it more like windows updates ... like pretty much all drives versions i tested have same problems.
