Internal Card Reader with most formats accepted

After giving up on the idea of an internal card reader with a floppy disk drive, I've decided to go looking for the internal card reader with the most standards in it. The only requirements besides having the most standards are that it doesn't require a USB 3.0 Header (2.0 is fine) and that it fits in a 5.25-inch drive bay as an internal card reader. Thank you for any help you can provide.
