I am looking for a good gaming pc. The panel that I am using is an 1080 60hz panel and the look of the pc doesn't really matter, I just want the case to be easy to use with some LEDs inside.

As per your request, here is the build you are looking for. there is plenty of money leftover to buy some LED strips and put them into your build. I did this build in USD because the availability of components in France (EUR) seemed buggy on the site I use to make builds. Seeing as you likely don't live in France anyway, i just picked the parts you should want and hope that you can get them wherever it is you live. seeing as the USD is lower than EUR right now, the prices should be fairly similar wherever you live: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/bCkDjc

However, if all you ever plan to game on is 60 hz 1080p panels, you could get this build instead and save yourself a ton of money: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/kKLyWX

This build is still plenty overkill, and will be able to easily max out any game on the market today at 1080p at 60 fps without breaking a sweat. (you could spend even less money for 1080p gaming, but i figured building some overkill-ness wasn't a bad idea in case you ever wanted to upgrade your monitor, or you just want a computer to work well for many years to come)

Both builds are predominantly black and white, which is ideal for LED setups. Both builds come with wireless (one built in the motherboard, another with an add-in card) but I do not recommend using wireless for gaming as you will not get optimal performance. you should use a wired connection wherever possible.

Hello,

I was planning on buying a desktop from a webstore but I wanted to know if I could save some money by Building my own. Keep in Mind that I am very New to this, it will be my first PC after 2 years of using a laptop. I was thinking about a PC with a maximum budget of €2000 with an i7 processor, a quiet fan/liquid cooling, 16 GB of ram, an case which looks beautiful and is easy to use, an SSD + HDD, a WiFi card, windows OS and a nVidia GTX 1070/1080. Note that I don't have any experience with compatibility or building a PC. I hope that someone can help me with this.

Kind regards,

Jeroen

What is the purpose of this machine? from the sounds of it you are looking for a gaming machine. with that in mind, what kind of monitor do you intend on using? The needs of a system on a 1080p 60 hz panel are very different from those that are running a 165hz 1440p panel, and again different for 4k gaming.

Then there is the question of what do you need in your budget? for 2000 EUR, do you need just the tower? monitor mouse keyboard speakers?

Lastly there is the choice of key features and aesthetics. You already answered this one in pretty good detail already, but what sort of colour scheme were you looking for in your build? at your price range you can very easily get things to look very coordinated and colour balanced with no real cost to doing so.

Answer for me these questions and I shall see what I can work out for you. Don't be shy about building your first computer, its tons of fun and you're going to love yourself for doing it.
