Hi. I got a problem. My GPU isn't holding its clock speed. Even at high-intensity workloads, my GTX 980 keeps a pretty low clock speed while sitting at about 40°C. It also doesn't reach its power target. I can't get the graphics card to "refresh" and get up to its standard clock speed. Please help me :P

last time I experienced something like that was due to the drivers ... but then I have an AMD card!

Trying DDU and reinstalling the driver would be a good start IMO.
