can i run windows 8 on HP xw9300 workstation

i have a hp workstation, and it is run win xp but i will like to upgrade it to win 8

 

2 amd 64 opteron

nvidia fx 4500

2gb DDR3 ram

750watt psu

500 gb on hdd

 

help is need fast

i would get more ram but yea!

work it ᕙ༼ຈل͜ຈ༽ᕗ harder, make it (ง •̀_•́)ง better, do it ᕦ༼ຈل͜ຈ༽ᕤ faster, raise ur ヽ༼ຈل͜ຈ༽ﾉ donger

You need additional RAM, but you should be fine, assuming your workstation has at least Windows 7 64-bit drivers for all your hardware.

u need at least 4 gigs of ram for a smooth experience but other than that you should be good
