Problems with New Windows Update 9/22 [FIXED]

I just got this update today, it's bigger than usual (took like 10 minutes to install when booting up) and now my GPU (GTX 970) isn't being recognized...I loaded up CS:GO and it's locked at 30fps for some reason.... I have no clue what to do and how to fix this...

Sounds to me like the update broke you nVidia drivers.

I would goto nvidia.com and download the latest drivers, making sure to check the "Perform Clean Installation" when you install them.
