Windows store not utilizing all available bandwidth?

Acording to steam i have 1.9 mbps download speed but Windows store limits itsself to 200kbps??? Im trying to download a game that is 50gb (from windows store) and it is going at a snail's pace because of the way Windows store is limiting itsself... Is there any way to fix this???

It is not the Wndows Store fault.

 

It is likely the fault of the developers who probably hav shit servers, and hundreds of people are trying to download at once, so it reduces speeds for everyone to prevent crashes
