Also, it would be beneficial to know what voltage that frequency is running at. temperature if a function of both voltage and frequency.

That being said those are pretty good temps for a 120mm radiator. my 6700k has a hard time staying below 80 on a 240 radiator at 4.6GHz (but that is because i got my ass kicked by the silicon lottery)

Temps look normal

if youre not comfortable with those temps and want to improve on them, consider adding a second fan to the radiator to run it in push-pull.

or you could probably manually set a fan curve to make the fan (ran faster) push more air, at the cost of higher fan noise.

yes. Its a few factors, I don't have a great case (choked airflow), and my voltage has to be a 1.37v in order to make 4.6GHz stable. but my H100i V2 doesn't keep my 6700k cool if i try to overclock it. but again, pretty sure that is my chips fault. it needs WAYYY too much voltage (I can't even do 4.7GHz without going well over 1.4v)

Depends how many volts ur running thru it. If your doing only stock voltages id say that pretty bad, in my expereinces at least. If your running 1.3-1.35 id consider that normal. If higher than 1.35 you should expect in or near the 80s

Friend has a 6700k an H115i runing 1.425v 4.8ghz temps often spike above 90. Its not prime stable though it couses instantly failure but runs aida64 for hours and passes rog realbench also.

He is on a 120mm rad....

My guess wouldnt be to far of i think, unless he running a dead silent pc in farly hot weather. Iv seen a 120mm rad run 1.4v on a 6600k and temps be in the 80s low 90 peaks which i consider fine as long as it only during stress test. But hey our ambients can be a bit chilly here in new zealand so what would i no
