Glitchy Screen

Can anyone help me with this, I have done a virus scan and tried to clean dust from the PCI-E port but it did nothing.

Try a different cable? Reinstall gpu drivers? Turn it off and on again?

it might have to do with the screen (i've experienced a similar issue with mine, but not nearly as bad). what screen are you using and how old?

Not that old. This has only happened after getting a new pc
