I think this is an HDD or memory (RAM) error. Can you still boot up in safe mode? Does the blue screen always occur on startup and at (exactly) the same time too?

Can't boot into safe mode,always at the same time, not even windows built in reset can save me

Thanks, I did all that with no luck, so I just booted to Ubuntu via USB, got my files out and did a clean install from a new windows image
