Clarification should definitely be added. Everything should be right up front, otherwise you might mislead people into thinking something is true when it's not.

I have bumped my suggestion to the IPS devs to fix this, which was received positively by the community but got no response from IPS (and the chances are that it will get no response again, but it's worth a try).
