Check power and SATA connections to the SSD, if you have another 2.5" drive try to place there instead and see if Windows finds it.

it doesnt detect anything. i tried 3 ssd's

when my bios asked me my bootdrive there were 4 options too boot from the usb. 1st didn't work so i tried the 2nd option.
