buying already built pc Need help and review

My friend is going to buy a new pc and he saw what he calls a good deal and i need help from you guys to tell if its worth it i live in europe so when it comes to price its really nice. I really question the power supply tho. Please need fast respond

That has to be a used build, not a new one, since 3570 is a 4 and a half years old CPU. Also no reason to go with a 960 since Pascal and Polaris are out. If this really is somehow a new build, I wouldn't go for it, much better components out there, and most importantly, newer ones. If it's a used build, it's really hard for us to guess if it's good or not without the price, and every component should be inspected. And I've never, ever, heard of a PSU manufacturer called Zasilacz. I'd avoid it.

Its polish i read about it. and it says components are not used at all. But i hardly believe that.eastern europe its hard to get good components.
