Program does't run on win 10

I have a game who does't work on windows 10 , it keeps giving eror 00xc00007b , compatibily setting does't work either , i tried with virtualbox windows xp sp3 , and it works but the screen is black in-game (sound works) , i tried to instal microsoft visual and orther programs but does't want to work , any ideas?
