MSI z97 Gaming 5 broken bios?

So I have a z97 gaming 5 with a xeon 1231v3 and last week it started to reset the bios every time I shut off the power. Now it is not even showing lights on the keyboard and mouse when I turn it on. Should I rma it or should I try reflashing the bios? I already tried replacing the cmos battery and it solved nothing.

RMA after receiving support. They're usually very quick.

Did you unplug the power and bridge the "CMOS_CLR" pins after removing the battery?

I unplugged the power but I did not bridge the CMOS_CLR pins

CMOS won't clear if there's power still in the board. Bridge the pins to completely discharge the board.

After that, open a support ticket on MSI's website.
