Low end Graphics Card

The R7 240 is worth its weight in turdfeathers.

What site are you shopping at? Any chance you might go used? Could probably find something like an R9 280 or GTX 960 at that price point pretty easily.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

The best I could find in that price range is the R7 360.

Not sure about in Romania however :/

Assuming Professor Google is correct and $100 US equates to roughly 400 RON, I'd probably go for any of the 2GB GDDR5 R7 250 cards. They're based on the Radeon 7770, IIRC, and the 7770 can still handle modern titles at 1080p assuming the settings are dialed back. If you can stretch the budget a bit (or use integrated graphics while saving up the difference), any of the three cards below would give you a much better experience for not a lot more cash:

http://www.pcgarage.ro/placi-video/msi/radeon-r7-360-oc-v1-2gb-ddr5-128-bit/

http://www.pcgarage.ro/placi-video/zotac/geforce-gtx-750-2gb-ddr5-128-bit-hdmi-1/

The 750 Ti family would be my personal favorite at that price range if purchasing new.

GTX 750 Ti in Romanian is still GTX 750 Ti. Figuring out how to get to the GTX 750 Ti, on the other hand...
