I have a i5 6600k and when im playing games it spikes to about 90% load! It idles at about 40%. Is that okay?

At 90% its about 50 degrees c. What is wrong with it?

Can you take a screenshot of Task Manager when idling? What process is taking up the most CPU?

 

For reference, my 4690K reports 4% usage with Steam, MSI Afterburner and three Chrome tabs open.

Idle should be 0-3%. Something is using your CPU.
