PC boot problems

I'm having a lot of troubles starting my pc, it won't even go into bios atm.

But let me start from the beginning:

About 3 weeks ago I kept getting error code 0xc0000225 when I booted my pc. 2 days later however, when I booted my pc this error was magically and it would run without any problems. Next day I got the error again and a few days later I could start it again. So I decided to reinstall windows and upgrade it to windows 10 Pro (from 7 Ultimate). That got this error fixed. 2 days later, my Windows would somehow not correctly boot or something and I could do anything, besides looking at my desktop screen, opening the start menu and move my mouse. I restarted 3 times, 2 times I got the same problem and the 3rd time I would only get the Intel I7 logo, press DEL or F2 to go into bios. Pressing those keys however won't even make my pc go into bios. After the logo disappears its just a black screen. This happened about a week ago and I tried to turn my pc on everyday. On the 7th day I finally got further than that logo and reinstalled windows once again. Now that was this morning and after Windows asked me to reboot, I'm once again stuck on the logo screen and black screen few seconds after that.

 

I really don't know what to do at this moment, so if someone could help that'd just be great!

Can you just make some tests?
Errors on posts are not software, so we must assume it is an hardware fail.
First of all, if there is something overclocked, of some user setting, revert back it to factory default.
Then, check the Motherboard. How old is this thing? is everything ok?
Is the power supply properly working? Are the Voltages correct?
What happens if you disconnect every hardware? Leaving only motherboard, PSU, CPU and RAM, and maybe trying to boot from USB?

A quick search for the error and I found that it can be a problem with the BIOS, try cleaning the CMOS: Remove the CMOS jumper, turn the PC on, turn it off, put the jumper back on and start your PC. If you don't know how to do that, unplug the power cable, remove the mobo battery, wait 24hours, put the battery back on and see if it works.
