Backing up

Hi. My sister has windows 10 on her laptop (She gave into the pop ups) the problem now is, it is not letting me downgrade to windows 7.

 

Is there any way I can back up the windows 10 files/programs but just not the OS 

 

or can I downgrade it somehow as I have the windows 7 Pro ISO but I can't find out how to downgrade as I am not within the 30 day period .

Oh sorry I mean windows 7 and I have checked and she does not have them folders.

Try a file recovery program.
