Price checking

Sorry for yet another topic, guys.  
So with my super duper budget build.  I found two 2GB 650ti  (Gigabyte and Zotac).  One is $65 and the other is $65.95

Are these good prices for a 650ti and should I jump on one?  Or continue looking?

 

EDIT: Also, please keep in mind.  North Dakota only has a Craiglist and BisMan presence in Fargo and Bismarck.  Meaning any good deals I could possibly get from that would be negated by the amount of gas I would have to spend to drive out there.

I've been looking, cheapest one I've been able to find was $90.  (They had a 750 ti used on eBay for $60, but it was a 1 GB variant)
