Minecraft server not connecting

Hey! I think this is going under "servers" :P
I host two Minecraft Bukkit servers of a custom built machine at home. 
Now any players trying to connect won`t connect. I tried checking the ports in the routers and firewall which are up and OK, IP adress is also the right one, but I can`t connect. The server is not going over the network, it`s like the servers are offline. 
Is there anyone here that please can help me?

You probably didn't port forward correctly

Just keeping this here as a Take a screenshot of your properties file and port forwarding configuration

 

Also consider setting LAN IP lease time as infinity and fixed MAC Address for the machine, if you do frequent system restarts LAN IP might change.
