EVGA GQ, GS or G2

Any SeaSonic

Any XFX except XT series.

Corsair RMx is good.

The EVGA GQ is most budget oriented.

Both are good

I think he means the G1 which is not as good as say a GQ.

What is best for gaming? Also, wht about EVGA supernova??? I really need specifics

Power supplies don't really care if you're gaming or not as long as you don't buy some beige no-name brand or one that's well known for failing.

There are several types of EVGA SuperNOVAs, such as the G1, G2, and GS. The G2 is what I've personally used, and a GS is also pretty good. The G1 is a little cheaper and not quite as good, but should still be good enough for gaming.

As for the Corsair RMx PSUs, it's a good brand and you get a 10 year warranty, too.

Intel Core i7 6700k

Asus z170 Pro Gaming

Asus Gtx 1070

Phanteks Eclipse p400

Samsung 850 Evo 250Gb SSD

1tb WD Hdd

HyperX 16GB DDR4 2400 Mhz

anything else tell me

Okay, the RM650x can easily support that.

I can tell you that the PSU is running ultra silent, the fan will only spin at 40% load or higher and even if it does, it barely makes any noise.

It's a good PSU for a price premium.

The RM650x have four 6+2 pin PEG connectors to allow for SLI / CFX across two cables.

The problem I need to confirm is the EPS as RM650x only includes single 4+4 connector.

If the motherboard needs 8+4 then it's a no go for that PSU, considering there's only 3 modular slot on the PSU to accommodate EPS and PCIE.

The PSU isn't selected by what task you are going.  They both have similar performance and build quality so really neither is going to win there. The real difference between them is the fan with the Evga G2 uses i a ballbearing which would wear out faster than the RMx's fan which is a FDB and will get louder over time although it does have a zero fan mode on it and a 7 year warranty so its not really a big issue. Also speaking of warranty the RMx warranty is 3 years longer. Both are great PSU's but if they cost about the same I would go for the RMx.

The extra 4 pin cpu is for extra power to the cpu for overclocking, and is generally not needed. The board should still boot up and run fine with just the 8 pin cpu connected.
