Random Freezes in games.

Every time i try to play a game (WoW,Overwatch,Smite...) I get a 3-7 Seconds freeze every few seconds. I tried googling it and doing everything people said but it didn't change. All my drivers are updated, I tried running it on the lowest resolutions and still freezes.

so theres nothing there that would be giving you stutters hardware wise, is this in all games? A windows reinstall could be a viable option.

Might be my D Drive because it was dissapearing and reappearing for a while. Might be dying...

What kind of storage drives? HDDs? SSDs? How old these storage drives are? Because it's just something like a dying drive

Its a HDD and it's around 4 years old maybe 4.5

Seems like a bad HDD to me 
What brand? I'd like to suggest to use HDD diagnostic tool from the manufacturer's website (many HDD manufacturer provide a downloadable diagnostic tool in their web). You would know whether the drive is failling or not.

I think ill go buy a new one next week, It showed every sign of dying and An upgrade to my storage wouldn't hurt
