Is this power supply good enough for this build and maybe if I add another card? http://pcpartpicker.com/list/BPTfyf  Also if my build is not that good its because I am new to building a computer

Budget? I woudnt recommend AIO water as you can get high end air performing similar for much less. 500W is enough. You can get OEM windows keys off kinguin for $15. I would also add an SSD.

I wouldn't want to go over 2100$ and as for the air cooling I am not really sure what to get in that case. What do you recommend?

The Noctua D-15/D-14 are both very good.

Yes, that power supply is enough, even if you add another 1080 later. (The GTX-1080 is overkill for a single 1920x1080 display, but you might want two of them for 4K gaming.)

Unless you have super high quality audiophile speakers, the sound card isn't necessary. Use the money for a 250-500Gig SSD instead.

Depending upon how aggressively you plan to overclock, you could also replace the AIO cooler with a basic CM Hyper 212 to reduce cost. (to pay for the SSD)

A sieve may not hold water, but it will hold another sieve.

i5-6600, 16Gigs, ITX Corsair 250D, R9 390, 120Gig M.2 boot, 500Gig SATA SSD, no HDD

Yeah, that's a good PSU. For two 1080s I'd up to 750W.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
