Backing Up Windows

No, programs and drivers need to all be reinstalled.

What you should do is back up your files, so documents, pictures, videos, music, game saves, that kind of stuff.

A lot of my files are on my other drive which is basically my storage drive but my frequent programs and games are on my SSD.

Well make a list of what programs you've got, then download and reinstall them after you install windows.
