Would adding an extra fan help with temps?

So my current setup is like this crappy MS Paint drawing

Untitled.png

Would adding an extra 120mm fan at the top help? If so, intake or exhaust?

Would adding it increase/decrease the amount of dust?

I already have the extra fan.

Temps? Probably not

Extra dust? Depends whether you have positive or negative (And fan filters)

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...

Would it decrease dust if I add the fan as an exhaust at the top?

What are your specs and load temps?

Probably not as you're probably pushing it to be quite close to become negative pressure...but that's just me blabing on :P

Specs are in my sig.

CPU idle: 35c

CPU load: 45c

GPU idle: 40c

GPU load 72c

not bad, I was just wondering if it would do anything.

Your temps are low and more cooling when not necessary probably won't do much.

GPU is only one which could get any lower. And unless you have side/bottom fans, there's nothing more you can do about it. Even with side/bottom fan, temps would be up to 5C lower. Not more.
