I am from the US i have been using a 10 year old laptop for 2 years it was a hand me down from my sister and i am the only one in my house that doesnt have a decent computer and im going to use it for gaming at 1080p on BO3, CS: GO and maybe some older titles like mincraft and maybe a little of WAW

I went for Skylake as you asked, but went for an AMD Polaris GPU (RX 470) as I felt it was just better for the price. But you could always just go for a second hand GPU like getting an HD 7950 or R9 280X.

The motherboard I chose only has two RAM slots, but I also chose 1 8GB stick in case you ever wanted to upgrade to 16GB.
