Depends on if you want to overclock it

A H75 will cool anything, much as any CPU cooler will do the job and even the one that comes with it.

i do not. I will keep it stock. (i still want to be alive) The thing im worried about is that the CPU has 220W TDP

Waste of money on 5+ year old architecture and No. The H75 will not.  The FX9590 has a TDP of 220w, I doubt a single 120mm rad will be able to handle that.

i can make it work.

Don't. You need a better cooler. My aircooler is more efficient than your single-rad H75, and while my cooler would support a 9590 without issues, your H75 is a bit of a stretch for that.

If you don't want to spend too much money, the cheapest option to cool that CPU would be this:

If you can spend more for a 240mm AIO, this is good price/perf wise:

Since im a little bit psycho i decided to buy a FX 9590. Will Corsair H75 be enough to cool it safely ?

what motherboard do you plan to use?...cause this is where it's also gonna get very hot...you need a top end AM3+ board with a solid 8 phase VRM with beefy heatskinks to run these and at that point you,re getting the performance of a 5 gen old intel core i7...for about the price of a haswell or skylake core i7 and a z series motherboard which will obviously crush the amd fx in everything you an think of.

You also need a proper, high-end motherboard as @i_build_nanosuits very accurately mentioned, what is your motherboard?

im going with Gigabyte 990FXA-UD5 R5

you already own the motherboard? and the CPU?

cause honestly...that's a very very poor choice for what you have to pay...and you,ll be stuck with it cause there is no upgrade path what so ever...and it's a pretty poor performer.

alright man...have fun...i guess...you like to give a shot at cooling stupidly power hungry components?!

cause believe it or not...a gentlemen once came to the forum and said for him that was the shit...he had a FX-9370 with dual R9 290X in crossfire...and he said keeping them cool is a challenge and that he really enjoyed that part...

i'm the opposite i guess...the cooler and quieter it run the more i'm impressed...whatever float your boat i guess.

Good luck!

Could you by any chance change your motherboard choice? I could recommend a better alternative.

Depends on the budget. Is that within the budget? http://pcpartpicker.com/product/xz4gXL/asus-motherboard-sabertooth990fxr20

It's basically the top motherboard for that chipset.
