So i'm planning to build an HTPC. My budget 500$ USD.

I'm not sure about the case yet but i have some doubts about CPU and the motherboard. I'm not planning gaming or OC.

 

1) Do i need a video card (this build is not for gaming)

2) Can i watch blu-ray movies on 1080p
