Gaming pc PSU?

im planing on getting this custom pc but is the PSU strong enough?

 

RAM: 16GB Crucial 2133mhz DDR4 

 

 NVIDIA  GeForce  GTX 1060 3GB

 

Gigabyte Z170-Gaming K3

 

1TB S-ATAIII 6.0Gb/s

 

ADATA 120GB Premier SP550 SSD

 

 NZXT S340 Black

 

450W Corsair VS

There is a tier PSU list that Tomshardware has, get a tier one or tier two.

Corsair VS psus aren't good and you should get something better if possible.

If you link us to where you're shopping, we might be able to suggest some better alternatives.

Id recommend going for a corsair rmx 550. Fully modular and a little bit of (punish me for this) FUTURE PROOFING

i have hear the VS series are made with a poor quality, so i would suggest get one of this psu list, between tier 1 and tier 3.

If you're overclocking you shouldn't go with that PSU. Go with something like a 550W 80+ Gold-Rated EVGA GS/G1/G2 instead. What CPU are you using?

Any reason why you're not building your own PC instead?

I'd recommend an EVGA SuperNova G2 550W or higher if you want some headroom. I love mine, but I got an overkill 850W!
