steam cooldowns in csgo

So steam just got ddosed or something and i got disconnected from my csgo match and now i have a 24 hoour ban. This is wrong and dumb will i get my cooldown removed? Does anyone know?

Doubt it. Just wait a day. Play something else, watch tv, go outside.

My daughter once threw up in the middle of the night. I was in a comp at the time. 7 day ban. Really sorry bro. Those cool downs can be super harsh.
