If you are on 1080p - that is one MAJOR bottleneck

Pretty good.. I would change your CPU for a 6700k. That 6600k will possibly bottleneck you in some games. I would also change out your RAM for 2400mhz ram.. Anything over that is usually not needed and it will cost you a lot more. There is 2400mhz ram out there that costs like $60.

[CPU: 4.3 GHZ I5-4670K] [MB: Gigabyte Z87-D3H] [RAM: Corsair Vengeance 1833 MHZ (8GB)]

[GPU: Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 1070] [PSU: Corsair CX-750] [Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo]
[Storage: 2TB 7200RPM HDD / 500GB Samsung 850 EVO ] [Case: ThermalTake Chaser-MK 1]

[Keyboard:Corsair K70 RGB Cherry MX] [Mouse: Razer DeathAdder] [Monitor: 2 x ASUS 24 INCH IPS (1440p Soon)]

I just chose it because of the color. I know that sounds like a stupid reason but the difference isn't that much anyway. :)

GTX 1080 at 1440 60hz will probably not be wise. Your probably going to be pushing FPS past 100 with a 1080 at 1440p. So get a 1440p 144hz monitor and get a 6700k. Or you could get a 1070 and play at 60fps and keep the 6600k

Get a better SSD - something like the Samsung 850 Pro or 950 Pro and that 10-year warranty

What would you change about it?

well almost a ton of things:

  • PSU is overkill
  • (get the i7)
  • skip the aio for a decent air cooler
  • you don't need those fans
  • use bb code instead pls
  • SSD

so here it would look like IMO:

CPU Cooler: CRYORIG R1 Ultimate 76.0 CFM CPU Cooler  ($89.99 @ Newegg)

In my experience, you can easily push a GTX 1070 to it's limits at 1080p 60 Hz if you pick the right games and turn the settings way up. I wouldn't want to go anywhere near Deus Ex Mankind Divided with a 1070 at 1440p, for example. And I can easy mod The Witcher 3 into 30 FPS at 1080p just by turning the foliage draw distance way up. Rise of the Tomb Raider with SSAA enabled averages in the 40's. That's just three games available right now that I'd have to make sacrifices to play at 1440p on a 1070, to say nothing of what will be available in two years' time.

The GTX 1080 at 2560x1440 @ 60 Hz is a somewhat forward-looking choice, but even in games available right now there are settings you will be able to turn on with a GTX 1080 that a 1070 probably cannot.

I will look into that!

I think I'm better off with a >650W PSU, because I'm looking into overclocking

even with oc you have really enough headroom, to get past the 550W, you'd need ln2
