Hello and thank you for taking the time to look at this

and before you suggest BIOS ive already put up to date bios onto thumb drives and installed them

so i have an older alienware pre built its a X51r2 i got a few years ago and it works on my wifi(unfortunetly the X51r2 uses some kind of OEM wifi card that is not a normal sized PCIE so i cant put it into the new pc) . now my wifi is shit its a sprint mobile hot spot its literally the only way to get internet out where i live it gets the job done with a DL rate of 100-250kbs on steam and like 180-200 ping in games so it gets me by and i can have fun. my issue is i just built a whole new computer.

i7-6700k

asus z170-a mobo

16gigs of gskill V at 3200

corsair cs650m psu

corsair H110i cpu cooler

a few SSDs  and glass case and lights

and i cant get the thing to use my internet first i figured if i use an asus PCIE wlan card on my asus mobo i wont have issues so this is what i tried first the ASUS PCE-AC56  http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833320181&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC-_-pla-_-Network+-+Wireless+Adapters-_-N82E16833320181&gclid=Cj0KEQjwx96-BRDyzY3GqcqZgcgBEiQANHd-nnNvlqc_LIeq9s3IiUuRJ4AoEpXYPgCbmtJML2ITjb4aAoe58P8HAQ&gclsrc=aw.ds      however after installing latest bios for the card onto a thumb drive and putting them onto the new pc i noticed while it was connected to my wifi it was so so so so slow with a DL rate of 15kbs so i couldn't even open web pages. have tried placing in all of the PCIE ports and even changing the PCIE bios on the mobo with no change

so for round 2 i perchesed this roswell RNX-AC1200UB USB based wifi thingy since my one friend said he could never get any PCIE bases wlan cards to work for him but usb based ones were fine http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA0724941175&cm_re=RNX-AC1200UB-_-33-166-104-_-Product    however this was a different story i can download my games on my normal 150-200ish Kbs connection but when i try to open a web page say on google chrome it loads really slow and when i got a game i was used to the ping on " war thunder"  to finally download i hoped into a match to see if my ping was ok..... and well it was not my usual 180-200 it was maxed out at 999(probably higher but the counter can only go to 999) and with 50% packet loss.

my friend was thinking that some how something is affecting my " up speed" im new to building my own computer but the only thing i can think of would be to buy a new MOBO with a built in WIFI like my old PC i was thinking the ASUS z170 DELUXE   http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132568&cm_re=asus_z170_deluxe-_-13-132-568-_-Product here is the description of the on board wifi so it should work  "  Speedy Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac supports dual frequency band 2.4/5 GHz
Up to 1300Mbps transfer speed
ASUS Wi-Fi GO! Utility "do any of you guys think this will help and some how remove the latancy im getting with my  "up speed" that im getting with other wifi cards?

any help is greatly appreciated as this is literally the last thing i can think of before i pack up the new computer and put it into a box until i go to college or something.... with your help you can save me from gaming on an i5-4430 with 8 gigs of ddr3 ram on a GTX 645....

Honestly it might just be your phone, cellular networks are notoriously unreliable. But so are USB adapters.

its actually not a phone as a router its like the size of my palm and its its own separate thing. my main thing is that we cant figure out why my old pc works fine on it and the new one dose not

Tethering = sharing a phone's network with another device. Hotspot = shareable network created from your phone's cellular network

But what is the difference between the two tho?
