My $800 pc build HELP

I havent gotten this build yet due to, i don't have money.  But i was wondering is there anything i can improve performance wise on this build without going above $850.

buy windows off kingwin, go with a cheaper 8gb kit of ddr4, then put what you saved towards a 1060 (much better card)

I don't see any need to buy k series processor with non OCable motherboard, I suggest go for 6500 with b150 

Or buy z170 for ur 6600k

If u are planning to upgrade it then fine

Even 480/1060 will be huge performance upgrade by downgrade of 6600k to 6500

Otherwise i wouldn't even bother overclocking, then you can get the non-k version, and you wouldn't need to but a CPU cooler. That would save you quite a bit of money right there.

Reduce the RAM to 8GB and buy Windows key from Reddit/Kinguin and put that money into z170 motherboard so you can overclock your CPU - that will make your PC a lot faster.

Now, I'm definitely no expert when it comes to putting together part lists, but I've had this one sitting in my saved part lists for a little while now. What'd y'all think of this?

for what you are spending on the 470 look for a good deal and get a 480

Buy a windows key from reddit microsoft software swap. And get it from a verified seller. I bought onee and it works great. I wouldn't trust kinguin though.

So if you saying i can't overclock with this mother board, which motherboard should i get that is under $80 to overclock?
