1600mhz ram running on 1333mhz

Hello there. I need some help. I have Hyper X Fury RAM 2×4gb sticks 1600mhz. My motherboard is ASUS H81M-K, i5-4460.

When i place both of my ram sticks my computer doesn't even load (no beeping sounds just hear fans running for 2 sec then reset and like that in a loop).

Have from side 1 stick 4gb 1333mhz and 4gb 1600mhz. So i started combining them somehow to see if my computer will turn on. And he did when i placed some random 4gb 1600mhz stick with hyperx fury 1600mhz.

Then i wanted to see if everything is right and checked their speed. Random 1600mhz was running 1600mhz but fury 1600mhz one wasn't, he was running on 1333mhz. Is there anyway i can fix this. So first problem is why i cant place both fury sticks and most important one is why my fury isn't running on 1600hz.

Please someone help me.

1333mhz is the default clock and 1600mhz is an advertised oc that works. You can turn on the preset clock speed with XMP profile or manually set it in the motherboard settings.
