Installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Offline

I recently had to reinstall Windows 10, as my installation as a Technical Preview User was worn out and starting to break. However I forgot to factor in that I need the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 redistributable package. Is there an offline installer for this anywhere? I currently do not have an internet connection at home.

My procrastination is the bane of my existence.

I make games and stuff in my spare time.
