Task scheduling custom script to run windows 10

I run a heavly modded minecraft server and wrote a small powershell script to auto backup and put it in task scheduler. Problem is i cant seem to get windows 10,post annivesary update, to allow it to run without editing the registry to allow all scripts to run. Could use some advise.
