For aesthetic purposes, get an atx mobo so it goes well with ur mid tower case. I would try to get an i7 4970k with mobo combo if you can afford it so it won't bottleneck ur 1060. or a i5 6600k would  be fine too, 16gb of ram is recommended

Try to go with the 6th gen of Intel CPUs (Intel iX-6XXX Series) as they have more of an upgrade path unlike the 4460, which is on LGA1150(Dead socket considered by Intel since it is not the latest).
