Drivers not working

My friend wanted his windows 10 computer to run windows 7 for work, but for some reason the Ethernet controller driver dose not work with windows 7. We tried installing the drivers off acres website which worked for all other drivers with simular issues but for some reason the Ethernet port isn't working due to the issue.  Do you guys know how to get drivers like that to work on windows 7.
