Does this Build require "MLG" cooling?

I'm not that good with fans but I can answer one of your questions, your case comes with one pre installed LED fan in the rear, so with your budget I'd replace that instantly. I'd recommend getting 3 fans, one for exhaust and two for intake, or just buy two and have the led one at the front cos it looks cool. Sorry I cant give you recommendations, Im using the two that came with my case ATM.

Also, that cooler looks really ugly in my opinion.

So I got my PC http://nz.pcpartpicker.com/list/zqBFsJ but I'm not sure if it the InWin 503 comes with fans, if not what fans should I get and how much? Also I live in New Zealand so everything here is a bit more expensive. Thanks.

It comes with one fan. I'd suggest to move it to the rear and install these at the front

the InWin comes with a rear red LED fan but I would recommend getting another one for an intake and exhaust case airflow config.

The fan mounting spots are as follows:

2 x 120mm Front Fan
1 x 120mm Rear Fan (Pre-installed LED)
1 x 120mm Bottom Fan

A fan I would recommend, if it were to be tucked away in the front of the case is a Corsair Air AF120 Performance fan.

Never have 2 intakes and one exhaust, that will generate static pressure which is not beneficial to a system. Balanced intakes and exhausts will, however, be better as there is constant airflow and warm air is replaced with cooler air.

The CPU is a locked skew which means you won't be overclocking, therefore using the stock cooler is the best option for your budget.

Haha, yes your CPU will come with a cooler, we will have the same CPU if you get your build.

I was told a good joke about airports in NZ, ( The pilot of a flight to Australia from New Zealand shouted to the last passenger boarding, "Remember to turn off the lights in the airport as you board the aircraft!"

Looking at the description it comes with 1x 120mm LED fan in the exhaust. I personally loathe LED fans, but that always comes down to personal choice.

I would recommend putting 2x 120mm fans on the front as intake. I have some spare SP120 PWM quiet edition fans if you want, they are surplus to my requirements.

You don't need to run the intake and exhaust fans at the same RPM. Often intakes are more restricted than the exhaust.

That isn't a joke, we are serious about saving electricity here.

I'd say definitely add two intake fans. In no way do I see it being better to only use one to have matching intake/exhaust fan amounts. It's perfectly fine to have two fans at front instead of one, especially when they could be partially blocked by the 3.5 and 5.25 cages, as any extra intake air isn't going to just become hot and linger in the case, it'll either get sucked up by the exhaust fan or get pushed out anyway through the expansion slot holes or other more open crevices.

CPU: AMD Sempron 2400+ / MOBO: Abit NF7-S2G / GPU: WinFast A180BT 64MB / RAM: Mushkin DDR333 256MBx2 / HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 120GB

Yes, it comes with a stock cooler and you don't need to buy an aftermarket one.

You could add a front or bottom intake: http://nz.pcpartpicker.com/product/bKFPxr/noctua-case-fan-nfs12bredux1200pwm

If you ever need help with a build, read the following before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/

The i5 6500 comes with a stock cooler. The GAMMAXX 300 is a better cooling option but is not necessary. At full speed both coolers get fairly loud, the only difference is that the 300 has more surface area so it won't need to spin as fast to cool the CPU (in most cases).

You will want the intake and exhaust to be roughly the same, if possible slightly higher intake pressure. Replacing the single rear fan with a high airflow fan might make this about equal, but I have no experience with the fans the case comes with.

Ok Thanks. I have never built a computer before and am planning to get the parts this Christmas or early next year.
