consider waiting a few months for zen and see how it does

8350 is better if you needed one now. The i3 is a dual core and some games require 4 or more by default. But you should wait for the new processors to come out first or raise your budget to get an i5.

I'd say go for i5 6500 instead with a 4g rx 470. Closer to your budget than an i5 and RX 480.
