$1500AU Build

BenR31415

Hey LTT,

My friend asked me to put together a $1500 AU Build. Here is what I've come up with. http://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/bz9t7h

Must include Windows 10 ($40 from Kinguin), Keyboard and Mouse, and I forget if it needed a monitor. I did it without a monitor. The only criteria (unfortunately) is that it must use this case, he is sold on it: https://www.pccasegear.com/products/24958/aerocool-syclone-ii-black-case-usb-3-0/

See what you can come up with :)

Ben

You will do better with the cheaper antec 520W high current gamer than this EVGA unit.

The Antec one is only avaliable at one retailer called CPL, and it is listed as End of Life there. Is there anything inherently bad about the EVGA power supplies? I've heard that Antec used to be good but they may have had some not so good options in the past? I'm really not sure though (just things i've heard), the only PSU brands I have used are Thermaltake and Silverstone.

If there are any other options that are better (preferably from PCCG) I would love your opinion.

Their 80+ non bronze units are not the best:
