I don't think you are missing any space. HDDs and SSDs are not exactly the marketed size. For example your 1TB HDD is actually 931GB. You are getting the full space of your HDD.

i know that it is 931 gigs but i am still having 70 gigs used for no reason used space + free space is 931gb but it shows i have 670gb used space and on the left side you can see that everything on that drive is only 600gb not 670gb

You could have severe fragmentation. defrag your HDD and see what happens also there could be hidden temporary files. Do a disk cleanup and remove unused files.

You could use a tool like WinDirStat or SpaceSniffer to see what is using the space.

is ti possible you didn't partition the drive correctly? If that isn't your problem just deal with it its not like you are running out of space anyways. Keep in mind when files enter another cluster if they don't will up the 4KB block they move onto the next cluster and waste space. i don't think it could add up to 70GB or whatever but I guess its a possibility. I would recommend you download UltimateDefrag and give that a go.

System Volume Information may be taking up a lot of space.
